Why Our Quote May Not Always be the Lowest – Michigan Brick Paver
Hi, Steve Dhondt here from PMS Brick Paving. I’m here to answer some questions. Frequently asked questions that we receive online. I just got this one and definitely wanted to address this. “I received a quote from you guys, and I had a few other quotes and yours wasn’t the lowest. What can you do for me? ”
Unfortunately the price that we quote is what price that we need to get for our projects. To ensure that if there’s a problem we can service that issue. I obviously want my guys to be able to be paid the top rate that they deserve. This is very tough, difficult work. And also, you’ll have to think about what you’re doing, to make sure that project lasts. Never once will we be the lowest price, by any stretch. We’re not the highest, we’re not the lowest. And when it comes to me personally, when I’m hiring a contractor, I’m not always going for the lowest bid. Because I know there’s something missing. And I’m not saying that’s going to be the case. I always go with the guy right in the middle. Sometimes I go more towards the higher end. But with a company like ours, you get what you see, and you see what you get.
